The Therapy of Expression Tour kicked of in Baltimore back in May. The Tour focuses on expression as a form of healing. It usually features four Poets who bring something different and it ranges from emerging to touring poets. The Tour has been hosted at the RL Hotel Baltimore and Johnny Pistolas, Washington, D.C.

The Tour has featured @_gradalove, Tammarrah Addison, Laura Di Franco, Liz Dunlap, The Singer “Nique” and is hosted by @himynameiscarllistus.  It has a simple format where open mic participants get five minutes to perform whatever pieces they’d like or two pieces they’d like to share with the audience. Our features grace the stage for ten minutes at a time throughout the night.

@HimynameisCarllistus (below) also returned as the host and delivered a high energy event and amazed participants once again with his poetry and stage presence. "She was dipped in coco," he said she'll be. Right alongside is his T-shirt company Chocolate City Tee's. Carl is a school Psychologist where he works on healing kids when not trying to heal adults.

Nique (right) who featured in May and participated on the open mic in August blew the roof off the building again. If you go to her instagram @datsnoopynique you'll find fitness videos where @himynameiscarlistus claims he lost 80 lbs. I'm serious. I saw the photos. Check her out.
